The idea behind Port Ayas.
Throughout history, ports have been places where people from different countries and cultures came together, shared experience, developed new ideas, began journeys and started joint projects. This is the idea behind the philosophy of Port Ayas. We want our port to be a place where people, communities and teams can meet and create new events, projects and collaborations together.
We are open to working with architecture studios, developers, photographers, artists, musicians, sports clubs, educational projects and creative communities.
The spacious grounds of Port Ayas can host festivals, corporate retreats, sports events, workshops, creative residencies, photo and video shoots, and events in many different formats.

We offer accommodation, a restaurant, a spacious event hall and a large lakeside area for events and programmes of different formats. Port Ayas is open all year round
Port Ayas welcomes guests in every season. All rooms have heating, and Lake Sevan is beautiful far beyond the summer months. Come for walks by the lake, fresh air, homemade Armenian food and the changing landscapes of Sevan throughout the year.
